I am passionate about this project which engaged in after the loss of my brother. The aim is to provide Estate Planning that is centered on the needs of families.

Reward

An established business that needed me to increase the sales, margins and profits of the company with the ultimate goal of selling it so the investors could gain a reward for their efforts.

Implementation

Implementation of a sales department with sales structure, new CRM system and all the supporting processes including hiring key sales staff to carry the business forward.

Preparation

Prepare Wood & Douglas for sale to enable the founder to gain the reward he deserved for his life's work. Achieved through the structing of the marketing / sales processes and staff to deliver consistent year on year growth in margins and profitability to attract a buyer such as Ultra Electronics.

Restructuring

Restructuring of a pan European distribution sales network of 650 outlets and the team that were managing it to make more effective and profitable.

Analysis

Conduct a full competitive market analysis to see if they should enter or not the UK marketplace.

Innovation

Introduce new innovative technology into the UK market through the selection of companies that were able to integrate the technology into their own product lines.

Market Knowledge

Providing local sales market knowledge for international organisations wishing to enter the UK market with the minimum of risk.
